This work was also shortlisted for an NHMF (National Housing Maintenance Forum) award – underlining the quality and industry recognition of the solution delivered.

Cyprus Street Estate Regeneration – Mixed Works & Community Impact
At Cyprus Street, we delivered a complex estate regeneration programme that went beyond traditional external works. In addition to upgrades to existing buildings, the project included the delivery of a new community centre, supporting social value outcomes alongside construction excellence.
