Works are continuing to progress well across the Isle of Wight as part of our long-term partnership with Southern Housing.

Our teams are delivering planned improvement works to homes across the island under our 20-year framework, supporting Southern Housing in maintaining and improving its homes for residents over the long term.

Across the programme, our site teams and supply chain partners are making great progress, with works carefully coordinated to maintain quality, safety and programme delivery while minimising disruption to residents.
