PROJECT UPDATE CAMBOURNE COURT

Works are progressing well at Cambourne Court, where Chas Berger are delivering an extensive programme of refurbishment and external improvement works on behalf of Worthing Homes.

The project commenced at the beginning of August and is programmed for completion in early 2027.

Our scope of works includes:

  • Scaffold erection
  • External structural concrete repairs to the car park
  • Brickwork repointing
  • Balcony and window repairs
  • Podium roof repairs
  • Internal and external decorations
  • Replacement of flat entrance doors
  • Replacement of communal stairway doors

Latest progress: Low-rise scaffold erection has now been completed, with the high-rise scaffold erection commencing last week and currently progressing on site.

These works will deliver important improvements to the appearance, condition and long term performance of Cambourne Court, while providing an improved environment for residents.

We look forward to sharing further updates as the project progresses towards completion.
