We’re delighted to announce that Chas Berger has been appointed by Worthing Homes to deliver the Cambourne Court Phase 1 improvement programme in Worthing.

The project comprises a comprehensive package of refurbishment and external improvement works across both the tower block and low-rise blocks, including:

➡️ Scaffold erection to tower and low-rise blocks
➡️External structural concrete repairs to the car park
➡️Brickwork repointing works
➡️Balcony and window repairs
➡️Podium roof repairs
➡️Internal and external decoration works
➡️ Replacement of flat entrance doors and communal stairway doors

This appointment reflects our continued commitment to supporting housing providers in delivering safer, higher-quality homes for residents. Cambourne Court is a significant refurbishment programme, and we look forward to working closely with Worthing Homes to deliver lasting improvements across the estate while maintaining a strong focus on resident experience throughout the works.
