We’re delighted to announce that Chas Berger has been awarded Contract A for Voids and Temporary Accommodation Voids Works with Southwark Council. 🎉

Covering the Bermondsey, Rotherhithe and Borough & Bankside areas, the contract will run for an initial three-year term from 26 May 2026 to 25 May 2029. We will also act as backup contractor for Contracts B, C and D, supporting works across Peckham & Nunhead, Camberwell & Dulwich, Walworth, and Temporary Accommodation outside of Southwark when required to assist with demand

Through this contract, our team will deliver a comprehensive range of works to support the council’s housing stock, including:

✅ Repair and refurbishment works
✅ Compliance and safety checks
✅ Energy improvement measures
✅ Damp and mould treatments
✅ Decorative works
✅ Electrical and mechanical works
✅ Additional support for disrepair works during peak demand

This award strengthens our long-standing commitment to supporting local authorities in maintaining safe, high-quality homes and ensuring properties are turned around efficiently for residents who need them.
