We’re back at Toddbrook, a sheltered housing scheme in Harlow Council!

After completing fire safety works including fire doors, compartmentation, and fire stopping, we’ve returned to continue the next phase of improvements. This stage includes XRD works, such as asbestos surveys and removals, cladding, roofing, rainwater goods, balcony and walkway works, brick and concrete repairs, and window replacements.

We’re proud to continue enhancing safety, accessibility and comfort for the community.

It’s fantastic to see the Toddbrook project progressing, delivering improved safety and quality for residents every step of the way.
