We are at 10 – 51 Linklea Close, having started on site in January. The project has progressed well and remains on track for timely completion

Externally, roof and gutter repairs have been carried out, along with rerouting of downpipes, drainage improvements, installation of bird deterrents and securing of fascias and soffits.

Internally, we have undertaken fire safety upgrades including fire door replacement and overhauls, application of Class ‘0’ fire-resistant paint in communal areas and extensive fire stopping.

Within the flats, upgrades have included damp treatment, redecoration, flooring repairs, window overhauls and kitchen and bathroom improvements. Communal areas have been deep cleaned, door entry systems repaired and stair nosings inspected. Electrical testing is currently being finalised across the block.

We look forward to completing the project and handing back a fully refurbished and safe building.
