We are incredibly proud to share that Chas Berger has won the Constructing Excellence East of England Awards 2026 – Social Impact Award for our work across our Harlow regeneration schemes.

This award recognises far more than the construction work we deliver. It celebrates the lasting positive impact we’ve created alongside Harlow Council, residents, local organisations and our supply chain throughout these projects.

From creating employment and apprenticeship opportunities, supporting schools and community initiatives, engaging residents at every stage of the works, and investing in the local area, social value has been at the heart of our delivery.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in making this possible – our dedicated site teams, resident liaison officers, supply chain partners and, of course, Harlow Council for their continued trust and collaboration.
