Last week, our team commenced external improvement works to 84 homes at Fold Croft, as part of our wider programme supporting Harlow Council’s street properties.

Site mobilisation is progressing well, with scaffolding already being erected to enable the safe delivery of façade repairs and wider external improvements. The works will also include targeted groundworks and repairs to boundary walls, helping to enhance the appearance, condition and long-term performance of residents’ homes.

We look forward to sharing further progress as the programme develops.
