We are delighted to announce that Chas Berger has secured a new contract with the Haringey Council through the London Construction Programme MW24 Housing Framework to deliver extensive refurbishment and building safety improvement works at Hamilton Close.

The project will see our team undertake a comprehensive programme of works across seven residential blocks, including:

✔️ Removal and replacement of combustible cladding with new compliant façade systems
✔️ Installation of new aluminium façades and communal windows
✔️ Roof replacements to communal areas and passageways
✔️ Repairs to balconies and external building fabric
✔️ Refurbishment of communal entrances and internal areas
✔️ Replacement of floor coverings and full redecoration works
✔️ Timber stair repairs and walkway rectification works
