Great to be on-site in Harlow this week, checking in on progress across three of our sheltered housing projects: The Hintons, Sewell Harris Close and Toddbrook.

We’re carrying out vital fire safety upgrades – from replacing flat entrance doors and balcony cladding to upgrading communal areas, windows and fire stopping throughout.

Highlights include:

The Hintons – Full balcony refurb, new flat and communal doors, roof and concrete repairs
Sewell Harris Close – Fire-rated stairwell windows, non-combustible balcony materials, new lighting
Toddbrook – Door replacements, upgraded cladding, window alterations and essential fire stopping
