We’re proud to be leading the regeneration of Cudworth Estate in the heart of Bethnal Green on behalf of Look Ahead – a diverse site that provides both supported and unsupported accommodation for young people and individuals with mental health needs.

Our work spans across three residential blocks, with significant progress already made.

The internal scope of works include:

· Internal remodelling of communal areas and individual units

· Kitchen and bathroom upgrades

· FRA works

· M&E improvements

· Damp-proofing and insulation enhancements

Externally, we are:

· Installing new aluminium windows

· Improving drainage and landscaping

· Upgrading energy efficiency, including cavity wall insulation to boost thermal performance
