Stamford Hill Estate – Project Completion

We’re delighted to announce the successful completion of the Stamford Hill Estate works, delivered on behalf of Southern Housing. This extensive project, carried out across Quantock, Wicklow and Malvern involved a comprehensive programme of improvements including full roof replacements, insulation and compartmentalisation, new tiling and leadwork and the redecoration of external masonry bands and balcony walkways.

From the outset, our team approached the project with a focus on quality, safety and collaboration. Once scaffolding was erected across all three blocks, work progressed steadily, with major roofing works completed early on Wicklow and Malvern. The scope of improvements extended beyond the rooflines, with careful attention given to thermal efficiency through upgraded insulation and loft compartmentation, as well as crucial fire safety enhancements.
As the project progressed, each phase saw continued momentum – from the installation of new box gutters and extended handrails to the methodical completion of external painting and walkway redecoration. Our team worked closely with residents and stakeholders throughout, ensuring minimal disruption while maintaining clear lines of communication and a safe, respectful working environment.
By early 2025, we entered the final stages of handover, marking the culmination of a project shaped by teamwork, technical expertise and a commitment to excellence. We’re incredibly proud of what’s been achieved and grateful to the entire team Jackie Prime, Chris Fidler, Cristinel Cojocaru, Mirek Migacz, Francesca Hunt-Gordon and Vanessa Clarivette – whose dedication and professionalism made this delivery possible.

The Stamford Hill Estate now stands with improved resilience, efficiency and aesthetic quality, offering residents a safer and more comfortable environment for years to come.
Thank you also to our longstanding client Southern Housing, with whom we have closely partnered to deliver this project successfully Lisa Burness, Morak Bayode, Rebecca Mills, Nick Butler, Danny Toolan, Tom Shaughnessy and Kastriot Shametaj.
