We are pleased to continue our partnership with Look Ahead by starting our internal and external refurbishment works at Cudworth Estate. Located in Bethnal Green, Cudworth Estate comprises a mix of supported and unsupported services, including accommodation for young people and people with mental health needs.

Our works will include external envelope repairs and upgrades, roof renewals including fascias, soffits and rainwater goods as well as window and door replacements and cavity wall insulation. We will also be completing drainage repairs including the installation of new ACO channels. This is in addition to damp proofing works to the ground floor properties and communal areas. Internally, we will be undertaking boiler, kitchen and bathroom replacements as well as communal area upgrades. 🏢🔨🦺
