We are currently in the first year of PA Housing’s multi-year framework, and here is what we have achieved so far:

Completed: Roofing works at 174 Derby Road, Nottingham – a Grade II listed building. This project wrapped up on 13th June after 5 months of dedicated effort.

Ongoing: Roofing works on 24 residential street properties in Meden Vale and Mansfield. This project focuses on both primary and secondary pitched roofs and is slated for completion by October 2024.

Working closely with our client PA Housing, we are making significant headway in improving living conditions and preserving the architectural heritage of our communities.
