We were delighted to visit our project at George Downing Estate, for our Southern Housing client. We are undertaking the removal of the existing roof covering to the main roof areas on both blocks and replacing with a tapered insulation scheme covered with a high-performance felting system using a Langley flat roof specification. A Building Safety Regulation application was required for these high-rise blocks, and we supported our client with the process.
