Whilst carrying out refurbishment works to the Dawson’s Heights Estate in East Dulwich, Chas Berger identified an unused space on the ground floor that had fallen into disrepair.

Working with our client, Southern Housing Group, we recently transformed the space into an NHS Hub, complete with welfare facilities and office space, to run a daily well-being service for residents.
