We are proud to share the successful completion of our comprehensive fire safety and external refurbishment programme at Toddbrook, delivered on behalf of Harlow Council.
Delivered across two phases, the project included fire door replacements, fire stopping, emergency lighting, roofing, new windows and doors, brickwork and concrete repairs, balcony and walkway waterproofing, drainage improvements and external landscaping works.
Delivering Social Value
Alongside the improvement works, we were pleased to support initiatives that brought residents and the wider community together.
Luke Culling organised eight seated aerobics sessions, led by fitness instructor Sheryl Wheatland, providing residents with an enjoyable opportunity to stay active and socialise.
We also partnered with Rainbow Services in Harlow, providing materials for young people to create flower beds and benches for the community garden. The young people engaged directly with residents to understand their ideas and preferences, helping create a welcoming outdoor space for everyone to enjoy.
These initiatives reflect our commitment to delivering lasting social value, strengthening community connections and making a positive difference beyond the construction works.
