We are pleased to share our latest case study showcasing the delivery of PA Housing’s long-term roofing programme across the Midlands and the South.
Now in Year 3 of the Midlands programme and Year 1 in the South, the works include flat and pitched roof renewals, structural repairs, insulation upgrades and fire safety improvements to occupied homes and residential blocks.
Key achievements to date include:

- 70%+ of the annual programme delivered before the end of September 2025

- 0 reportable accidents
The programme has included occupied homes, listed buildings, conservation properties and sensitive environments, with resident engagement and safety remaining central to delivery throughout.
