The works consisted of converting commercial units into apartments including a rear extension. As part of the works, our FRA team carried out fire protection works in line with the latest legislation.

Fire protection was applied to structural steel using Fire Tex FX50. All penetrations from demolition works were protected prior to refurbishment works.
