We are currently hiring for a variety of positions, including Resident Liaison Officers, Site Managers and Quantity Surveyors in Cambridgeshire, London and the South of England.

CHAS BERGER MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAMME

This is our structured career development programme, aimed to offer a route for young people into construction, whilst also providing talent to address the skills shortage in the industry.

We currently have a number of local employees on the programme; including Trainee Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors, working at Chas Berger whilst studying for a degree at University (fully funded), which they attend one day a week during term time.

Each trainee has a mentor and works through a tailored list of core competencies, which are completed upon a 2–3-week rotation of the different disciplines.
