We are delighted to share the successful completion of Year 1 of our 5-year windows and doors replacement programme with Stevenage Borough Council.
Over the past 12 months, we have delivered high-quality UPVC window and door replacements across 70 occupied properties, ensuring works were completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to residents.
This project has demonstrated the importance of strong resident liaison, proactive communication, careful planning, and collaboration with local Stevenage-based installers to maintain programme delivery and high customer satisfaction.
With Year 2 now underway, we are looking forward to expanding the programme further, with approximately 400 properties scheduled for completion.
