We’re pleased to share the successful completion of our Ixworth Place Kitchens & Bathrooms programme, delivered on behalf of Southern Housing.
Between October 2025 and February 2026, our team carried out kitchen, bathroom and fire safety improvements across 77 occupied homes at Ixworth Place, SW2. Working in a live residential environment, our priority was to minimise disruption while delivering high-quality improvements that enhance residents’ homes and day-to-day living.
Despite challenges including resident access, unexpected leaks unrelated to our works, and high moisture levels affecting drying times, our collaborative approach ensured the project remained on programme and within budget. By working closely with Southern Housing and the Resident Liaison Officer, we maintained clear communication with residents and implemented proactive solutions, including the use of dehumidifiers to maintain quality and progress.
The project achieved a 94% resident satisfaction score, with positive feedback received regarding both the improvements and the professionalism of our team.
As part of our social value commitment, we also invested £5,000 into the renewal of the Ixworth Place community centre kitchen, providing a modern space for local groups and residents and helping strengthen community connections.
This project demonstrates our ability to successfully deliver improvement works in occupied environments while maintaining programme certainty, strong resident engagement and meaningful added value.
