Project Win Southern Housing Capital Investment Programme
We’re proud to announce that Chas Berger has secured Lot 3 (Externals) on Southern Housing’s new long-term programme.
This appointment spans Sussex and the wider South Coast, including Brighton & Hove, Eastbourne, Hastings, the Isle of Wight, Portsmouth, Chichester, Horsham, Mid Sussex, Worthing, Crawley, East Hampshire and Gosport, with a value of circa £8m per annum from 2026 to 2046.
We have been delivering for Southern Housing for over 10 years, working across some of their most complex, high-profile and technically demanding estates – from large-scale roof renewal programmes and estate regeneration schemes, to architecturally significant buildings and building safety-led delivery.
This long-term renewal is a powerful endorsement of our consistency, quality and performance in live housing environments as well as of the strong partnership we’ve built with Southern Housing over the past decade.
This appointment reflects the strength of our long-standing relationship with Southern Housing and the quality, consistency and performance delivered by our teams and supply chain. We look forward to continuing our partnership and delivering safe, high-quality external works that support long-term asset improvement and positive resident outcomes across the region.
Ashley Rex, Director at Chas Berger
We’re incredibly proud of what has been delivered to date and excited to build on that legacy over the next 20 years.
