Delivering Building Safety Act Works in Practice
Our accreditation builds on the successful delivery of Building Safety Regulator (BSR) projects, such as our recent works at the George Downing Estate.

Project Overview
This project involved the replacement of flat roofs on two high-rise residential blocks adjacent to a live railway line. Working closely with Network Rail and the Principal Designer (for BSR), we implemented robust safety controls and innovative scaffold designs to ensure full compliance and minimal disruption.
Scope of Works
- Removing existing roof coverings and installing a tapered insulation and high-performance Langley felting system.
- Re-engineering scaffolding to meet Network Rail and BSR safety requirements.
- Submitting full BSR documentation, including our Statement of Compliance and Construction Control Plan.
Outcome
The project was successfully completed, improving the buildings’ safety, energy efficiency and resilience. Our collaboration with Southern Housing and proactive approach to Building Safety Regulations ensured full compliance and seamless delivery.
We are proud of the results achieved at George Downing Estate and look forward to continuing to support our clients with safe, sustainable, and compliant construction solutions under the Building Safety Act.
