Works are progressing well on the external repair and refurbishment project at 1–54 Mercers, on behalf of Harlow and in partnership with Stace. The scheme is being delivered in two phases and includes a range of essential upgrades to improve the building’s performance and appearance.

Our scope of works includes:

• New roof and vertical slate coverings

• Replacement and reconfiguration of rainwater goods

• Replacement of fascia & soffit boards

• Removal of shiplap cladding on upper flats, replaced with energy-efficient external wall insulation (EWI) render system

• Replacement of window units to upper roof-level flats
