On 26^th July, Agne, Andy, and Anna had the pleasure of visiting Carib Eats!

Carib Eats is a remarkable social enterprise founded by Ali Kakande, dedicated to serving the community through the power of food. Every Friday from 12pm – 3pm, Southern Housing’s Dalston Lane Community Centre transforms into a vibrant hub where community members come together to enjoy Caribbean-inspired meals, engage in activities, and find support. Carib Eats offers more than just delicious food; it provides a sense of belonging and a much-needed respite for guests who often feel lonely and isolated.

Through our long-standing client, Southern Housing, we donated a cooker to Carib Eats, making it possible for the chef to prepare meals for the visitors.

It was fantastic to see the positive impact Carib Eats has had on so many lives. We are excited to support Carib Eats as it continues to grow and thrive.
