The window and door replacement works for Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH) commenced in mid-2022 with a strategic plan to replace windows and doors in street properties and residential blocks across London, East Anglia and the Midlands. The majority of the windows installed were of the Rehau 70 specification, known for their superior thermal insulation and durability. In conservation areas, timber windows were installed to maintain historical integrity.

The Rehau 70 specification windows have contributed to better thermal efficiency, resulting in lower energy costs and enhanced comfort. In conservation areas, the use of timber windows has preserved the historical character of the buildings while upgrading their functionality.

With the ongoing progress and the positive impact observed so far, the project is on track to continue delivering high-quality window and door replacements. The collaborative efforts with MTVH have set a strong foundation for potential future projects aimed at further improving the housing standards for residents.

Click below for further details on this project 👇👇👇
