With a blend of enthusiasm and a strong work ethic, Ben is acquiring the necessary skills to evaluate costs, manage budgets, and contribute to the efficiency of construction projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sam Defries: Aspiring Construction Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sam Defries is a dedicated apprentice who is passionately pursuing a career as a Construction Manager. Sam is immersing himself in the practical and theoretical aspects of the construction field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Oliver Brotherton: Navigating the Path to Construction Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oliver Brotherton is another rising star carving out his career as a Construction Manager through our apprenticeship programme. With a focus on leadership and organisational skills, Oliver is gaining hands-on experience in project management, coordination, and ensuring the successful execution of construction projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As an organisation committed to fostering talent and investing in the future of the construction industry, we take immense pride in supporting Ben, Sam, and Oliver on their apprenticeship journeys.
