Reporting directly to the Business Support Manager, you will work alongside our construction teams, representing Chas Berger to our customers and the communities we serve. You will be responsible for coordinating liaison, providing business support functions to the construction team and ensuring our customers continue to be satisfied with our service.
Essential skills and attributes:
· Ability to empathize and treat people with kindness and respect
· Ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders
· Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT
· Report writing
Experience of working within a customer service background and / or the construction industry is preferred, although not essential.
